Concept and strategy

Initially, we were focused on young stock rearing. While visiting farms our conviction that young stock raising can't be performed residually as was decades ago was gaining its strength.

It is impossible to succeed in business and get a highly productive herd with better performance without special care for animals at the calf level. Numerous farm visits and communication with farm specialists resulted in the realization that we can actually help!

Over the years of work have built our confidence. We apply our experience and strategic thinking to enhance feed production, operating farm design, young stock health, and overall success of a farm.

Our reputation is our pride

The current working experience in agriculture and dairy farming of our directors is almost 50 years in total.

Since the foundation of the company, its objective has been transmission and implementation of experience from farms all over the world.

We do not work solely with "prisoners" of particular equipment. We can engage in any farm without regard to size, type of barn, and breed of animals. From the beginning, we have decided on the only effective approach – implementation of practical solutions suitable for a particular farm.

Our team

The founder of the family company Fermerskaya Sila OOO (Farmer's force LLC), a descendant from a family with long-standing farming tradition. The expert has been working in Russian agriculture for more than 15 years, specializing in dairy, beef, and crop farming.

Taissia has visited dozens of farms in Russia and abroad connecting farmers all over the world and creating networks of experts in cattle and crop farming able to solve problems on any farm: from Russia to the USA and New Zealand.

Fourth-generation farmer, a graduate of a Danish agricultural college, he spent more than 20 years working in the UK, Denmark, Israel, Slovenia, Poland, Romania, and Russia.

People like Anders are usually said to have special genes for dairy production and care for cows. Apart from that, Anders's career path was quite an informed choice as he made it being an adult already. Likewise, in his professional activity, he always sticks to balanced decisions and perfection.
